Warburtons 100 year old Karalice House was Vic Rails’ accommodation
for drivers in the days when majestic steam-rail brought honey-mooners
from Melbourne to the picturesque township of Warburton.
This historical cottage has been faithfully restored to its original heritage
of 1906 retaining original timbers in the polished floors and walls; lead-
light and original ‘VR’ sash windows – with the added luxury of modern
appointments and plush interiors.
Accommodates up to 6 with rooms opening to private decking and
picturesque garden views, across to Mt Victoria.
Fully self-contained with laundry, separate bathroom with bath-spa,
separate toilet, dining area, plush coverings and bedding thoughout,
and
antique wrought-iron beds.
The luxury kitchen opens to lounge with gas fireplace – french doors open
out to your private entertainment decking under the leafy 100 year old oak tree
